The company’s Quality, Food and Feed Safety Management Systems are certified to the following: AIBInternational, BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and FEMAS.
Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management systems are certified to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Raw Materials are purchased from assured sources e.g. The Red Tractor Assurance Scheme, they are extensively tested prior to intake, utilising the latest wholegrain technology. Wheat intake testing is certified to the NABIM (National Association of British and Irish Millers) standard for wheat intake.
HACCP (Hazard analysis critical control point) principles and systems are applied throughout the milling process and finished products are fully tested on site before release.
The Allied Technical Centre (ATC) who are UKAS accredited offer additional testing and technical support functions such as legislation updates and microbiological testing.
